Jihad Unspun - A Clear View On The US War On "Terrorism"

As a top NATO general said yesterday that the Taliban has lost its ability to control large swaths of territory, their Mujahideen proved otherwise by carrying out a host of attacks that tallied high casualties for the foreign invaders as mainstream press continues to spin unverified stories.

Dutch Major General Ton van Loon, who this month ended his tour as commander of NATO forces in Afghanistan said Taliban Mujahideen had been driven out of the regions where they had gained a foothold including Helmand province, which is a blatant lie. The Taliban have held Helmand province for months and continue to add district after district throughout Afghanistan, with the support of the Afghan people. Seems the Dutch Major is taking lesson on deception from George Bush.

"They will still be a force but they don't have the initiative we have," he said.

Meanwhile, the Taliban did a lot less talking, preferring to get down to the matter at hand as they wrecked havoc on foreign forces in the past 72 hours, as large numbers of occupations soldiers met their fate.

Eight Soldier Killed In Kunar

Last night Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate attacked a military base in the Chawkay district of Kunar province with light and heavy weapons. The battle continued for three hours, the base was captured and eight soldiers were killed. Military equipment and weapons were taken as booty. Two Mujahideen were also wounded.

Attacked On Police In Badghis

Yesterday Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate attacked a police Academy in the Ghormach district of Badghis province. In the attack, a policeman was killed and the others fled. Two motorcycles and weapons were taken as booty.

Two Tanks Destroyed In Paktia

Yesterday Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate attacked on mercenary army convoy and US invaders in the Kot Khil area of the Zurmat district of Paktia province. A battle ensued for one hour and two tanks were destroyed and five mercenary soldiers were killed and injured. One Mujahid was martyred.

Five US Soldier Killed In Kunar

Last night Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate attacked a US army base in the Manak area of the Wata Pur district of Kunar province with light and heavy weapons. The attack went on for two hours and the base was damaged and five US soldiers were killed.

óNATO Tank Destroyed in Grishk district of Helmand

Today at 11:00am Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate destroyed a NATO invader tank using remote-controlled landmines in the Hadar Abad area of the Geriskh district of Helmand province. The tank was destroyed and all those onboard were killed.

óTwo US Tanks Destroyed In Kunar

At noon today, Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate destroyed two US invader tanks using remote-controlled landmines in the Sortika area of the Wata Pur district of Kunar province. The tanks were completely demolished and all those onboard were killed.

Three Afghans Released

The three Afghans who were captured in the Khashirod area of Nimruz province along with the French by the Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate two months ago have been released. The Mujahideen released the French one with good intentions and due to the request of the French people. As for the three Afghans, Hazrat, Muhammad Hisham and Gulam Rasool, the Mujahideen released them last night in Nimruz province after continuous requests from the Afghan people based on good intentions and without remuneration.

Rockets Fired In Lowgar Province

Last night, Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate fired five rockets consecutively on the base of the control at Muhammad Agah in Lowgar province. The building was seriously damaged however information concerning losses to the enemy has not yet reached us. After the attack, the puppet Afghans kept firing weapons into the air out of fear until the morning.

Security Post Attacked In Kunar Province

Last night, Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate carried out an attack that began by firing rockets into the security post at Lideh Kul in Kunar province that was immediately followed by a ground attack. The operation caused damage to the security post however information concerning losses to the enemy has not yet reached us.

Checkpoint In Loger Province Attacked

Also last night, Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate attacked the checkpoint at Kharwar in Lowgar province using light and heavy weapons. The attack caused damage to the checkpoint building and surrounding structures and forces security personnel to flee. No information has yet been received concerning losses to the enemy. The Mujahideen returned safely to their basis after the operation.

Foreign Occupation Vehicle Destroyed In Balkh Province

Last night, Mujahideen from the Islamic Emirate destroyed a foreign occupation forces vehicle in the Sus Khor village in the Timarik area of the Chahar Bolak district of Balkh province using a remote-controlled landmine. The explosion caused the completely destruction of the vehicle however information concerning losses to the enemy has not yet reached us. Following the attack, the governor of Shabragan visited the area but was not targeted.
